Nidaan Systems at iManage RKO 2026: Turning Innovation into Client Value

Nidaan Systems recently joined iManage leadership and partners in San Diego for iManage RKO 2026, where the focus was clear: the Document Management System is no longer just infrastructure, it is becoming a strategic intelligence layer for professional services firms.

Across sessions and product discussions, we saw how capabilities within Work 10, including Ask iManage and Insight+, are being embedded directly into the platform experience. The shift is meaningful. Rather than layering external AI tools onto existing systems, iManage is advancing toward a cohesive, native ecosystem where intelligence is built into daily workflows, enabling natural-language interaction, contextual knowledge discovery, and more informed decision-making.

But technology evolution alone does not create value.

The real opportunity lies in how firms operationalize these capabilities. AI-driven document access requires strong information governance. Proactive insights depend on clean data structures and system integration. Adoption hinges on thoughtful change management and user enablement.

Our takeaway from Navigate is not simply that AI is advancing, it is that firms must deliberately align platform innovation with process design, compliance controls, and business objectives.

As we move into 2026, Nidaan’s focus remains clear: helping our clients translate platform evolution into measurable operational impact, strengthening governance, improving usability, and ensuring that intelligence built into the DMS truly supports how their teams work.
