We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Client Engagement Associate to help expand our client relationships and support our business development efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, learning about technology, and working in a fast-paced consulting environment. You will work closely with our leadership, marketing, and consulting teams to identify new business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and help move opportunities through the sales process.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify prospective clients within law firms, accounting firms, corporate legal departments, and other professional services organizations
- Build and maintain target account and contact lists using industry research, LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and other business development tools
- Develop a strong understanding of Nidaan’s services and solutions to confidently communicate our value proposition and business benefits to prospective clients
- Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and networking to introduce Nidaan’s services and generate qualified meetings
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, industry leaders, and strategic partners
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, capability statements, and other sales materials
- Coordinate product demonstrations and work closely with delivery and leadership teams to ensure a smooth transition from business development to project delivery
- Support the sales process from initial engagement through proposal development and contract execution while maintaining accurate CRM records and weekly pipeline reports
- Collaborate with the marketing team on webinars, campaigns, case studies, events, and social media initiatives that support lead generation
- Represent Nidaan professionally during client meetings, conferences, webinars and networking events to enhance brand visibility and market presence
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in legal and professional services
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, client engagement, and business development initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, client engagement, marketing, or account coordination
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and develop professional relationships
- Comfortable communicating with business leaders and decision makers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to research prospective clients, understand business needs, and communicate solution value effectively
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, team-oriented, and adaptable to both independent and collaborative work environments
