Nidaan Systems is looking for an experienced Integration Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deliver integrations across enterprise platforms (Risk, FMS, DMS, CRM etc) for professional services firms. This role is responsible for owning integration workstreams end-to-end, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and ensuring systems operate as a connected, efficient platform.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in system integrations, data flows, and APIs, along with the ability to work directly with stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Own the full integration lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
- Design and implement integrations across enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and data pipelines
- Translate business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Lead data mapping sessions, define transformation logic across systems, build and maintain integrations and workflows
- Integrate systems across finance, document management, CRM, and other enterprise platforms
- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
- Implement logging, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms to ensure reliability
- Optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Contribute to reusable integration components, standards, and best practices

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in system integration, application development, or middleware engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), data formats (JSON/XML), and integration patterns
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases and ETL/data transformation processes
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and hybrid architectures
- Experience working with professional services firms (legal, accounting, consulting, or financial services)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple systems and data models
- Capable of organizing and driving team efforts to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Experience in client-facing or consulting environments preferred
