Nidaan Systems, Inc. is seeking a Junior Solutions Analyst Intern to join our team. The role is a mix of client-facing consultative work and behind the scenes platform design, configuration, and data manipulation.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to gather and document business requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and develop solution designs that meet their needs
- Help translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Configure and customize software applications to meet client specifications, using a variety of tools and techniques such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and APIs
- Provide high-level estimates for development tasks
- Provide training and support to clients during the implementation process, ensuring they can effectively use and maintain the software solutions we provide
- Conduct data mapping sessions and predictive analytics to research business trends
- Participate in project planning, risk management, and delivery activities, ensuring successful outcomes for our clients and the company

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business or Computer information systems or Computer Science
- Knowledge of SQL and RESTful API usage and familiarity with XML and JSON
- Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Visio
- Data visualization capabilities using Power BI or Tableau are a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with various internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work well in a team environment by accepting and offering constructive feedback, supporting team goals, and encouraging other team members
- Proficient in gathering and analyzing business requirements through interviews, surveys, and focus groups
- Ability to develop detailed business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies
- Collaboration with IT teams for designing, developing, testing, and implementing technology solutions to meet business needs
- Team-oriented mindset, accepting and providing constructive feedback, and actively supporting team goals
