Bartlit Beck worked with Nidaan Systems to modernize the integration between Intapp Time and Elite 3E Cloud as part of the firm’s transition from on-premise systems to a cloud-based financial platform.

As the firm prepared for its Elite 3E Cloud migration, its existing Intapp Time integration designed for an on-premise environment posed risks to operational continuity, data accuracy, and financial processing. The firm required a new integration architecture, delivered on an aggressive timeline, that could ensure validated and reliable time entry data flowed into the cloud financial system without disruption.

Nidaan Systems redesigned the integration framework using Boomi to automate how time entry data was retrieved, validated, and transmitted from Intapp Time Cloud into Elite 3E Cloud. Automated validation rules, real-time error notifications, and resilient data-handling mechanisms were introduced to deliver a seamless experience for end users while significantly improving integration reliability and performance.

The result is a cloud-ready integration architecture that enabled uninterrupted operations during migration, strengthened data accuracy, and established a scalable foundation for future integrations across risk, finance, and additional Intapp capabilities.
